Spa 2014
Its that time of year again when all our thoughts head in the Direction of Belgium. Its The weekend of the Spa 6 hour Classic and Dominic From MCR has once again entered his Sebring Sprite in Barry Siddery-Smiths 1 hour Support race. This is a fantastic opportunity to race on this great circuit surrounded by some fantastic machinery. Dom will be up against Cobras, Morgans, Aston Martins the odd GT40 and other historic race cars. In the dry the little sprite will have a tough time to get near the front, but in mixed or wet conditions often seen at Spa the lower power and weight combined with the excellent Power of the Sprite, and the non too shabby driving skills of Dominic can produce some giant killing results.
As well as Dom taking the bright green MCR Sprite to drive himself, there are 3 other MCR prepared Sprites running in the same race, so we’re hoping for a good run for everyone in the team.
For 2015 we are already looking at running a pair of cars in the 6 hour ย as well as Barry’s 1 hour race.
